 Learning a Language is Important by Krisha Shah

Learning different languages is important. I began learning languages when I started traveling to different countries. I want to speak with people around me and ask questions, but I was unable to do this. This motivated me to begin learning the language of the country I am traveling to before I visit. This makes the experience that I have while visiting the country a lot more interesting and informative. Beyond this, learning different languages allowed me to process information and think better. Besides all the studies that show how learning new languages stimulates different parts of the brain, I saw the improvement that learning languages has on me. My writing got a lot more detailed and better. I was able to quickly get on my feet when responding to questions or solving problems. Although it is not always fun to learn a new language, I believe that it is necessary and something that every individual should try to do.
