DIY HALLOWEEN COSTUMES
Introduction
It’s almost that time of the year again, it’s almost spooky season! With that in mind, it’s time for costume season once again! There are so many choices of costumes that you can find out there, but what if you don’t have an idea of what to wear for a costume this Halloween?
Have no fear! If you don’t have an idea of a Halloween costume just yet, you can come up with your own unique DIY costumes that you can make straight from home!
The following article is just for that! Keep reading to find out three ideas for your very own DIY Halloween costume!
Ghost
costume that anyone can make!
You Will Need -White Blanket -Scissors -Sharpie Marker -Another Person
Instructions
In order to make a ghost costume, all you need to do is take a white blanket that is big enough to
cover your face and the majority of your body. Once you have found a blanket that is big
enough for your body, you will need person to help you. Once you have found a person to help
you, make sure they use a sharpie to create circles around your eyes. It is important you do this so you know where to cut your blanket. After you have done all the previous steps, you need to take a pair of scissors in order to cut on the lines of the circles that you made on the blanket. Once you have make some holes in the blanket for your eyes, you can put it on and voila! You made your very own DIY Ghost Costume!
Farmer
A farmer costume is also another easy costume that you make with basic things that you also already have at home!
You Will Need
-Button Down Shirt
-Jeans
-Belt For the Jeans (Optional)
-Western Style Hat (Optional)
Instructions
Start by putting on a pair of jeans on as jeans are the most common pants the farmers will use.
Next, take a button down shirt and tuck the shirt into your jeans. This is important as this is what many real farmers do with their button down shirts.
You are now officially a farmer!
Extras
-For added detail, add a belt to your jeans and a Western Style Hat to wear which will really make you look like a real farmer!
Tip: If you have all the same things for this outfit, you can also call yourself a cowboy as well if you would prefer to!
Sports Fan
If you are an avid sports fan and have some sports jerseys lying around! Wearing one of those as a Sports Fan under anything would work perfectly as well!
