Silent Falling
By: Aditi Anumolu
Flakes of snow fall without a sound
They twist and twirl all the way around
Each one is never the same
Tiny whispers in the air that never call a name
They touch the earth and then disappear
They make us question if they even appear
The flakes that melt away without a trace
Are a fleeting touch, a saving grace
