Traveling
Traveling pushes people out of their comfort zones. It pushes individuals to try something new and to experience something different than what they are accustomed or used to. Each experience has benefits on the individual and their health. Traveling enables students and adults to do their best in school and in the workplace. Students become exhausted when their workload is never ending. Students are pushed to their limits as they juggle school, extracurriculars, and sports. They are surrounded by the same people and the same environment. Similarly, adults will become tired of sitting in a cubicle all day and completing tasks. To fix this issue, it is necessary to get a change of scenery and to explore something new. Escaping these assignments and environment allows individuals to escape the constant pressures of life and breathe for a few moments. As a student myself, I get burned out and exhausted when I have school all day and the same extracurriculars. I am surrounded by the same environment and it feels as though I have never ending tasks to complete. Traveling helps me in various ways. It enables me to return to a task or my lifestyle with more energy and vigor. It is necessary to travel and to escape the everyday pressures of life. During winter, summer, or spring break it is so important to travel and to create new experiences. It is important to do this to remain focused and attentive during the rest of the year. Traveling helps with individuals' health and has many positive effects.
