Water is the most important drink. Instead of drinking smoothies, juices, or energy drinks, individuals should aim to increase their intake of water. Recently, energy drinks, juices, and other drinks have been getting more popular and are prioritized over drinking plain water. In fact, many people promote adding flavors or energizers to the water. While this may make the water taste good, it is negatively affecting our health and body. In addition to the healthiness and cleanliness of water, water does not have the same additive sugars or caffeines that other drinks contain. In addition to this, water is important to drink as it can benefit our health and avoid any infections. Water assists in weight loss, preventing low blood sugar, decreasing severity of migraines, preventing kidney stones, and much more. Water is essential in our everyday lives as it has a big significance on our health. I promote drinking water over other drinks, such as caffeine, juice, energizers, and other drinks as it has many benefits on the human body and promotes a healthy lifestyle.
