The Unteachables
Book Review By: Elijah Cordero
The Unteachables, written by Gordon Korman is a divergent story about a notorious class of students with numerous academic disabilities. This school year they receive a new, dreadful teacher, Mr. Kermit. Throughout the year, the class will experience chaos, fright, and possibly a second chance.
In this book, there are many examples of figurative language which are often shown in descriptions of scenery. In addition to that, there is also a variety of lessons and events that take place in the story. These qualities can really hook the future reader.
This is a great book to read, and I would recommend it. The vocabulary is not that strong and is mostly easy to understand. The action, and uniqueness of this story will surely leave you in pure amazement.
