But what if the grind grinds you down?
What if you don’t feel like shining at all?

We’ve been sold this idea that if you’re not exhausted, you’re not doing enough. That sleep is for the weak, and overcommitment is a badge of honor.

But here’s the truth:
Burnout is real.
So is brain fog.
So is that weird chest tightness that shows up when you’re “fine.”
So is breaking down in your car before school and pretending nothing happened.

Pushing yourself isn’t always growth. Sometimes, it's self-neglect in disguise.

Take breaks. Set boundaries. Rest isn’t lazy—it’s revolutionary.
