Daydreaming by Krisha Shah
Daydreaming is so important. Science shows that daydreaming boosts both creativity and mood. Coming up with different scenarios in our minds, helps us think of situations outside the box. This pushes the limits of creativity in our mind. Daydreaming impacts our emotions as the situation becomes realistic in our minds. It can impact our mood in a positive or negative way depending on the dream. Beyond science, I have seen that daydreaming is important in so many circumstances in our daily lives. For me, daydreaming is sometimes a way to escape the constant tasks that life throws at us. As a high school student, these are tests and assignments. Daydreaming also impacts my emotions and moods. It pushes me to work harder and motivates me to do my best. Both science and my experiences have shown that daydreaming is necessary to succeed in life. Daydreaming assists in so many aspects and makes our lives more interesting.
